2. Who this site is for
The Site is intended for investors and trade partners. It is not directed at patients or the general public and does not advertise or offer any medicinal product for sale or supply. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
3. No offer, no advice
Investing in early-stage companies is high risk and you may lose all of your capital. You should read our Risk Warning and obtain independent professional advice before making any investment decision.
4. Forward-looking statements
The Site contains statements about plans, targets, timelines (including our target of EU-GMP certification by the end of 2026), expansion phases, markets and potential returns. These are management’s current expectations and are not guarantees. Actual results may differ materially due to regulatory, operational, market, funding, weather, currency, political and other factors. Illustrative figures are for explanation only and are not forecasts.
5. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Market, regulatory and third-party information (including information about legislation in other countries) may change without notice. Information on the Site is a summary and does not replace the detailed documents provided to eligible investors.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos and trade marks are owned by or licensed to Frontier Botanics and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping or harvesting data in bulk, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose or to make misleading statements about us.
8. Links and third-party content
The Site may link to or embed third-party content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services. A link is not an endorsement.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content, including any investment decision made in reliance on it, or for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity. The Site is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. Where the Site may be used
The Site is directed at persons in the United Kingdom who fall within the categories described in our Risk Warning. It is not directed at, and must not be relied on by, anyone in any jurisdiction where its publication or the activities it describes would be unlawful. It is your responsibility to ensure you are permitted to access it.
11. Privacy and cookies
How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and how we use browser storage in our Cookie Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site, with the “last updated” date above, applies each time you use it.
13. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their home courts.
